Product Intraoperative precautions
1. The position of ligation can be above the hemorrhoids or at the upper end of the hemorrhoid node.
2. For small hemorrhoid with slight prolapse and hemorrhage, the position of the ligation should be selected above the hemorrhoids. When the mucosa and submucosa above the root of the hemorrhoid are tightened, it can lift the anal cushion and reduce or block the blood flow, so as to achieve the purpose of hemorrhoids treatment.
3. For large hemorrhoid with heavy hemorrhoid tissue hemorrhage, as long as the position of the ligation is about 1.0 cm away from the dentate line, the ligation to the hemorrhagic area will immediately stop the bleeding, which does not significantly increase the incidence of postoperative pain and other complications.

Technology
The elastic thread has high strength, high surface friction and tighter binding. The elastic string has a special double-layer structure, with high strength, high surface friction, and it is not easy to slip and break after binding, so it can avoid the traditional rubber band slippage and delayed healing of ulcer surface caused by incomplete tissue necrosis and so on.
Elastic thread ring is used instead of rubber ring material, which has excellent performance in traditional hemorrhoid ligation. Traditional rubber ring is used as binding material, its disadvantage is that rubber is easy to aging, fatigue and deterioration. Elastic thread ligation is a new way to replace the rubber ring with elastic line, which is made of special polymer material with Silica gel. The different material of ligator makes two key indicators of ligator for hemorrhoids change, so, our product improves the scale and effect of surgery.
One of the key indicators is the length of inner bore of ligation band
The minimum length of inner bore of rubber band is 1.5 mm, which is more likely to make the ligated tissues necrosis incompletely and increases the risk of bleeding when the knot detaches.
